Terrible customer service and very disrespectful. If you want to be treated like a VIP I recommend you try prime car wash. They are great and know how to treat a customer.
I went to Crew carwash to have my car washed and cleaned on the inside. While my car was being finished, I noticed the manager running around looking for something. He notified two other's and they began searching for something. One of the workers even came over to me and said, "We can't find your mat!" They went back to look at the cameras, and the manager said, "We took out 7 mats." And so when he counted my mats in front of me, there were 6 in my car. Car damage , they are never responsible. Will be canceling my carwash. Just do it yourself. Save your car and time trying to argue with them.
