The wash itself is excellent: my car came out looking almost spotless and refreshed. The staff were friendly and efficient, keeping everything moving smoothly while still providing great service. Had a mint Mercedes ran through. They tore my gas filler door off. The manager on duty told me not to worry. I had it fixed and had to call them 3 times to get told they wouldn't fix it. It's car wash, it's not like they are curing cancer. You would expect them to repair damage they inflict. There are other car washes.
Crew Carwash at 8230 US 31 refused to accept cash they said they are cashless due to the high crime rate of robbery in the area. I just checked Indianapolis records and there hasn't been a robbery at Crew. I only use cash due to having my debit card being hacked 3 times in the past 18 months. If I can't use cash I won't support a business.
