I would give this place zero stars if I could subpar customer service not worth $45 a month and now they won't even spray off your floor mat saying it's a safety concern which is complete BS as they've done it for years. I come to this location or the one on Southport pretty much everyday as an Uber/Lyft driver. This place has gone downhill. A lot of the vacuum don’t have sufficient suction and/or the nozzles fall off! Sick of going back and getting a workers to fix what should be inspected at the beginning of everyday. Also... read more
Mikes/ Crew has always been my go to. I’ve done memberships since the beginning. It’s the best equipment with the least risk of damage. Unfortunately, I’m a little annoyed to say the least because the service isn’t even service anymore. They don’t spray problem areas unless you request it and sometimes just let the muddy truck in front of you go on in and contaminate everything to scratch the next 10 cars.
