Member for 3 years, went to get a car wash and apparently didn’t charge me because I maybe got a credit card with the exact same numbers after last expired. They told me they wouldn’t let me wash 1 time as I tried to renew. Lost a 36 month customer for not giving me one wash after a thousand given to you. Wow
