I usually have good experiences at Crew and use my membership regularly. Staff is always friendly and I normally get through quickly. However, the last 2 times I've gone, I've gotten stuck in the car wash for several minutes and then the power is restarted. Stopped between cars with my kids in the vehicle, which was a little intimidating to them. The last time, we got stuck at the spinning brushes and they restarted hard enough to close my side view mirror. Hoping the service returns to what we're used to experiencing
