At Crew carwash West Lafayette. Always had good service. Woman spraying leaked it inside the car! Ok a mistake. But instead of a simple “oh sorry about that, don’t know how it happened” she said nothing but hand me some towels. Went to be manager who was just as a defensive and rude to me. Lessons in simple courtesy- I wasn’t rude or angry until this big oaf made clear it was me not them. Message: don’t complain.
I live in Indianapolis. I use both CREW car wash on e. washington st. I do like the 10229 e. washington location best. It is a larger facility. Both locations get my truck very clean. I take advantage of their unlimited wash. 29 dollars per month, unlimited wash. Very pleased with CREW and their whole crew. Keep up the good work.
During the wash/dry cycle my rear spoiler came off. I filled a report and Crew is not wanting to do anything about it. It was not loose in any way. They need to own up to things that happen and be a responsible party. I will not be going back.
They scratched my rims and claimed no responsibility!
For a $20 wash you'd expect then to at least get all the dirt off!! We would have been better off letting our 8 and 3 year old kids hit it with the garden hose. A total rip off! They are refunding us but there's no way to give us back the 20 mins we waited in line for a wash job no better than a light rain!
