Extremely disappointed and would give zero stars if I could. As you can see via the pictures, there is a pattern that looks like an "upside down 'u'" or "m" pattern on the drivers side door of my Mazda CX-5. I received this pattern after going through the carwash in Noblesville last week on Wednesday. I went back on Thursday (as I did not notice until the next morning when leaving my house with my car in the garage) to discuss the matters at the store. RecommendedI used a booklet wash yesterday and then also purchased the unlimited interior express clean. I noticed when I got out of the car that the tire shine was not applied to my front wheels, only the back, and the bottom part of the car under the doors were still pretty dirty and there were a few spots still on the front bumper that needed to be rewashed. I was in the area shopping this week and decided to give the interior cleaning a try. We’re already unlimited members so it was only $15 for the visit to add on the interior clean. I was blown away by the quality of the clean given how fast it was. The team was very professional and efficient. I was also impressed with how clean and organized the interior section was.
