My son had a haircut with Caitlyn and his very curly hair was cut far too short in the front. It may have been a miscommunication on both parts but being unaware or unfamiliar with curly hair should've been communicated upfront.
Definitely not a return type of place. The haircuts are not a 20 year experience quality
