Brooke is amazing! She listens and always gives exactly what we ask for ! My husband and I found a place where we can both go , she is awesome at men’s or women’s cuts !! Highly recommended

If you're unsure how to cut curly hair, please say so in the consultation. Using the phrase "it shrunk more than I expected" shows you're unfamiliar with curly hair. My son had a haircut with Caitlyn and his very curly hair was cut far too short in the front. It may have been a miscommunication on both parts but being unaware or unfamiliar with curly hair should've been communicated upfront.
