Purchased a Ricoh WG-4 camera from Creve Coeur Camera at about 2 months ago with the intent to use it on a vacation trip starting August 1st. Recently, in testing out the camera, we discovered that it would not charge the battery. Dan, the manager at the St. Charles store, provided great service. He isolate the issue to be the camera itself, and not the cable or transformer. He went ahead and swapped our camera with a new one.
