They sold me stuff TEN days ago before they announced the store closure. I was told by Jay I had 30 days if I wasn't happy. But now since they're closing their stores, they won't take any returns. Had I known I wouldn't have bought ANYTHING. The owner was rude and belittled me. No wonder they're closing. This is not how you do business.

We dropped off VHS to be converted to DVD and paid $700 up front for them. The company closed the Shiloh IL location and never called to let us know our items were ready. They also expected us to drive 45 minutes to STL to pick up our product and did not offer shipping. When we got there and expressed our concerns, we were told we aren't the first ones. CCC genuinely cares about their customers and it shows. The staff love their jobs and do an amazing job catering to the hobbyist and the seasoned pro. They have a large variety of options and after asking you a few questions, know exactly what to match you with. Check out CCC, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently had some 8mm film reels that we had found in my Mother in law's things. I stop in the Chesterfield location and asked the manager for his help in transferring the 4 films to digital DVD and thumb drives by the middle of the next week. Without a delay in thought I was assured they could and they would have them done in time for a Memorial Service we had plannd for our respected loved one.
