I've been consistently going to the Charlotte location every 3-4 weeks for about 4 months now and I absolutely love Cretu. When I first came, my nails were messed up from a different salon and Diana at Cretu was able to repair my nails and get them back to healthy growth. I regularly get my nails done by Katiuska. She pays great attention to detail and always does an amazing job. My nails have never chipped after having them done at Cretu. Very unprofessional! The Owner is rude and does not handle customers respectfully. For $100 nails or pedis, you service providers should be more gentle and not cut you and do a great job. Otherwise I could just get a basic pedi elsewhere.

Nails coming off after one week! Refused to fix it for free! Told me I could not get a ordinary fill and polish change on my nails and toes without getting the works done which I explained I didn't want nor need! It was a very basic pedicure and for 175.00 you would think it be top of the line.nail technicians and products! It took them 2 1/2 hours almost 3 hours to do just my nails alone!
