The build process with Cretin Townsend team went smoothly. As with every project, there will be hiccups along the way, but we felt supported through the entire process. Kevin F. Was assigned as our home build and he was absolutely amazing to work with. My biggest request was communication during the process about delays, troubles, schedule, etc and I was informed through the process. Kevin would step in to get the job done when he committed to a deadline and overall was awesome to work with.
The building process was a breeze. They make everything as easy as possible.
We had great experience with Cretin. They helped us with designing our house on a complicated lot and delivered our beautiful family home. Communication and scheduling was above our expectations. Any issues that came up was handled with a prompt and appropriate response.
Great experience with Cretin! From start to finish it was a breeze. They have the best contractors and communication was better than expected! Reid was my superintendent and he made everything happen no excuses.
