Heather, one of the fleet admin ladies as well as the other fleet administrators are great people. I had to have a physical and I was fortunate to be in West Memphis to have it done. Heather was there every step to ensure my physical was done in an efficient and timely manner. Bo, the terminal manager is really busy, but will take the time to make sure the driver's are taken care of. The terminal is very clean and have nice hot showers. A very nice terminal
So far so good...been with Crete for 3 years
I noticed many trucks and trailers hitting the parking blocks, which seems to make it easier for the mud flaps to come off. Obviously, some drivers are not paying attention to the parking blocks and are not conducting post-trip inspections at all. Currently, truck number 47744, and another truck number 47545 have mud flaps stuck between the tire and the concrete at the West Memphis terminal. People seem careless about the situation.
