I went to Point S in Creswell with a very simple repair, alternator replacement. I have had to go back once because they put the serpentine belt on WRONG and caused damage to my car. I will not be going back for the further damage to my car since I have found several things in my car tampered with that would have led to my engine seizing/blowing. Either they are extremely incompetent at simple repairs or are actively trying to get cars to break further and generate business. Either way, no thank you.

They just installed a 2” lift kit on my ‘14 E150 Van, after a vender sent me the wrong parts, They got it right in and aligned the front to perfection! Also got a great deal on some Falken tires with a warranty. Way better tire and price than Lots More Schawab!! I can.

So impressed with the care I’ve received at Point S Creswell; especially grateful for Rory! I ordered some tires that are on back order and won’t be in for a few weeks. They put a loaner tire on the one wheel that I had let go for too long, and they fixed my spare tire for free. Way to take care of your customers! This was more than I expected. You’ve got a repeat customer here.
our truck was in an accident a few months ago the body shop did the repairs but said there was nothing they could about the loose steering when it needed new tires point s gave us a good quote we we went with them for less then 20 dollars they fixed the steering and replaced the blinker bulb tires look amazing and drives like new thanx guys I would highly recommend these guys

Very friendly and courteous staff! Someone even brought my coffee that I had left in my truck out to the waiting area for me without my having to ask! They go out of their way to help you!
