I posted a review here before but somehow it got deleted. The management here is terrible, and they try to take your money for absolutely everything. I had a bad experience trying to get my washer fixed, in which the property manager was rude and unprofessional. I received very unkind emails from him, and when I posted my first bad review, I got another one as well. Larry and Andrea are both very nice people who are on the ball when it comes to running their properties. They definitely care a lot about the cleanliness and care of these apartments, and I think this care is sometimes misunderstood as being too harsh or critical. You can't mess around when it comes to cleaning checks or move-out cleaning, but you can rest assured that if you have unclean roommates, they will be held accountable. I loved living here! Not only are the apartments very well kept and spacious, the location and environment is excellent! Management is also extremely friendly and easy to work with! They are quick to help with maintenance and easy to talk to when there are questions or concerns that come up. I would highly recommend this apartment to students!
Nice place to live in regards to the apartment and location, but I did not feel safe. BEWARE that when you are signing the contract there is a section that allows management to come in whenever they want without notice. They WILL take advantage of this. It doesn not matter if your door is locked. My room was entered many times without my knowledge. I only knew because my roomates notified me.
