I have always had positive experience at the Ctestwood Womens Center. I was seen on time and the tech was kind and thorough. The rwason for 1 star is the lack of follow-up on results. It's been 6 days since I had my mammogram and no follow-up uet other than viweing results in patient portal. I also called and left messages on the automated system and no reply yet. Very disappointing.
I had a mammogram appointment yesterday at 1:40 which i was early arriving and expected to wait a little bit but in the past i have ALWAYS been in by my appointment time and out of the office within maybe 30 minutes at most - yesterday i was there for an hour and 20 minutes which caused me to almost be late to another appointment and I missed being able to get lunch. My first visit to the center was such a good experience. The tech ladies, Riley and Colette, were very kind, gentle and patient, explaining every step. The professionalism and knowledge of all the staff was very comforting.
I am very impressed with the professionalism, kindness and courtesy of the entire staff at this facility. I find it to be the best imaging facility for women in Huntsville. I will definitely return and highly recommend them.
