I’ve made several visits to this office, beginning in 2017 or 18. The receptionist here is consistently rude and ill-mannered. For a recent visit in May 2026, I made an appointment and, when I showed up at the designated time, I was told there was no record of the appointment, but the woman said, “We can fit you in.” So I was on time for a scheduled appointment, but she was going to “fit me in.” The veterinary technician there is irritable and impatient.
