Staff were lovely, surfaces/bathroom very clean; but the building was musty, damp/water damaged. Found it hard to breath.

Last week I came and was taken care of. Today I was denied customer service, and the manager on duty (female) refused to check me in. I am on weekly business trips and hoped to be able to keep business here.
This place is a dump. The fire alarm goes off every night, cock roaches, Poor customer service. Parking lot floods. Worst place I've ever stayed
