Theresa is absolutely amazing. She made my long term check in a breeze. She is funny and very personable. Even if everything else were to fail....she still would have made it worth the stay. Thank you!
This extended stay is located in a convenient area. Unfortunately, it is heavily infested with roaches. When I moved in, there were multiple roach egg cases scattered across my room and bathroom. I had to kill lots of roaches every day. The infestation was so bad, they were even crawling into my bed at one point. Besides the roaches, the place can get kind of noisy, and the air quality wasn’t the best. There were unpleasant smells, and mildew.
Friendly and streamlined guest service. The building is nice and quiet. Clean and peaceful. Exactly what I needed. Will definitely book again.
