Joseph Day from Crestwood Roofing & Restoration replaced/laid laminate floor in May 2020 but soon after the floor was bulging upward at several places. I asked him to come and fix the issue many times since June but he never made it. He always tells me that he would come out within the next day or two but he never comes. He has been lying through his teeth. I have never seen anything like this in my whole life. I wonder how he can stay in business with such an irresponsible attitude and practice. Crestwood needs to come out fix gutter ! Flashing over bay window on ne corner of house ! And paint white trim in front of house at master window ! Don't call home phone call my cell ! A sent pictures to John on phone of what needs done . Not my job to babysit your contractor . Fix and i will be happy to make final payment .
