I have a special needs son who had to have a procedure done. He was very anxious and scared about it. I found that all of the staff worked diligently to help my son. From checking in at registration to the prep nurses who had to do vitals and put in an IV, to the anesthesiologist who listened to our concerns and solved them, to the doctor who performed the procedure and calmed our fears, to the recovery nurses who handled him with gentle care - THANK YOU!!! I and my family appreciate each and every one of you.

I hate that place every time I go there it's a nightmare . I could write a book on the unprofessionalism , uncaring staff . The hours of waiting . The judgement of the nurse . They are rude and mean . They were rude and mean to my sister - in - law . That is why I am writing this review . I am use to them being rude and uncaring to me .but to take it on my sister -in - law . Hate it !!

Medicine effects my husband differently than most. When I was called after his procedure to pull around for pickup, he was sitting in a wheelchair with his head slumped over and he could hardly get in the car with my help. Come to find out that he had dressed himself in that condition. The lady at the front desk said that no one but the patient can be in recovery. Then make your nurses help the patient get dressed. What a lawsuit that would have been if he fell while getting dressed. Do better Crestwood. We made our last vis... read more
