For outdoor units, this is the best bang for your buck in Oshkosh. The owner is very professional and keeps things simple. He is also transparent about prices and fees, which again are pretty much the lowest you can find around here. Everyone has their own needs and standards, but it's worth reaching out to them to see a unit if you are looking for one. Been renting for a year or two here, after moving from the ridiculously high U-Haul storage prices

I rent unit 131 have been since 2016.. It's under David L Mason (David "pa" Mason is my Facebook name..) the place is well kept, snow is always plowed, and the grass is always cut..

I started out renting a unit for $73ish per month and while I know everything goes up in price, but the price is now $93 per month. This is ridiculous. To add to it, they charge you $3+ to pay online. All of my utilities but the city are fee free for online payments. So, now I pay $96 per month. I can't move my stuff now, or it would be empty, but I will ASAP. The place is clean and dry, but the rate increase every year is too much. It's a very clean, dry, and very professional storage unit facility. I rented for around 6 months and was happy with my experience. It has 25/7 hour access, newly paved pavement, the guy who owns it is courteous. And it's less expensive than some of the other places. I would recommend this place for your storage needs.
