It is so (sadly!) rare in our current world to interact with a human who totally treats another human as they would want to be treated! Received two emails at 3:12pm and 4:25pm yesterday to confirm my appointment for 3:30pm today. When I got there today for my appointment the receptionist claimed she called me three times yesterday at 4:30pm to reschedule my appointment. I did not receive any calls from them yesterday, who the heck reschedules 23 hours before an appointment with a patient?!
Long-time patient, but my recent experience was unacceptable. After my March 12 appointment, multiple routine prescriptions were not submitted. It took repeated follow-ups to get partial corrections, and when the remaining prescription was finally sent, it went to the wrong pharmacy and could not be transferred. I was then told no covering provider was available to fix the error while the doctor was out, leaving me without a routine medication and without a timeline for resolution.
