Charity took my blood pressure manually and got a much more accurate reading. They are all so helpful and knowledgeable.
Dr Chu is great, very personable. Also the nurses there are the best!
Office staff is young, callous, and unsympathetic. Waited 3 months for an appointment and a reschedule would be another 3 months. They also said the Doctor I was waiting for would not be my doctor, that I would be a patient of the practice. Drove 35 minutes for a doctor and it is basically a crappy clinic. Don‘t waste your time with these people.
By far the worst interaction I've had with any doctor. As someone who is already anxious to go to the doctors, Dr. Ann Chu did not make me safe or even seemed like she cared about my concerns, asking zero questions and not even looking at me once, and made zero efforts to care about what I was saying. I feel doctors should make their patients feel like they can open up, especially as a primary care physician, and she made me feel quiet the opposite. Chasity made my day. She was kind and had pleasant conversation, we even laughed together. It made me feel like I was at a friend's instead of a doctor's office. I also love Dr Chu, I have been seeing her for over 30 years and she has always felt more like family!
