You would think attention to detail would be an important trait of someone calling in prescriptions. Apparently not here. If you don't want your medicine called in correctly then by all means book an appointment today!!
I appreciate doctor windowski she listens and takes her time to explain and answer my questions without getting irritated with me. She even laughs at my country honesty and weirdness.. she puts me at ease with her compassion and humility in my treatment.
I am so disappointed in the experience I just had. I made an appointment online for 8:00 am on Monday September 8 and received confirmation via email. When I showed up and showed proof of my appointment, I was told my appointment had been canceled and I must wait in the lobby for an explanation as to why it was canceled. I waited about 5 minutes and asked if I should just leave and try to call to reschedule. Believe the reviews. I am definitely going to find a different practice. Something isn’t right with this establishment. They canceled my appt and said they called to confirm. I had no missed calls or voicemails. I called the morning of my appt to confirm and they said they canceled my 1:15pm appt bc the Dr. said she wasn’t going to accept me as a transfer patient. I wish I could give them no star at all! What a joke!!! I called everyday Monday through Thursday...4 times...about my blood pressure being high and no one returned my call till Friday!!!!! When they called me they said my care giver was oout on vacation and to go to the urgent care to be seen about my blood pressure.
