I arrived for my 11:30 appointment to get lab work done, and after waiting for about ten minutes in the waiting room, the receptionist called me to to the counter and informed me that the phlebotomist on staff was unwilling to draw my labs because "she had a ton of paperwork to catch up on." It takes less than five minutes to collect lab work from a patient. I am flabbergasted! My husband had taken time off of work in order to watch our two littles while I go to my appointment. If I could give it no stars I would because I was treated awful at this office. The young lady got smart with me 3 times and slammed a door in my face after I asked a simple question. Everyone who came in after me jumped in front of me, so I simply asked if I was next or coming up next. I didn't think that was reason to get smart with me and slammed a door in my face. I would not recommend this place at all. I didn't feel like my well being was important to this office at all.
Horrible experience is an understatement! I've never encountered such rude and unprofessional staff. I was looking forward to becoming a patient of Dr. Daniel Krautter's but due to how disrespectful I was treated upon arrival to the office I won't be.
