Extremely disappointed with this office’s lack of follow-through. I was in contact with them all day regarding a refill request, and despite multiple follow-ups—both from me and the pharmacy—the request was never sent. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to essential medications. If you need reliable communication and timely care, I would look elsewhere.
So I’ve been seeing Dr. Krautter for a couple of years now. I don’t have any problems with him. He’s been very helpful and friendly and thus far the whole experience of going to see him has been good. However, at my last appointment it wasn’t that good. After seeing Dr Krautter for a year my BP is worse now than when I started seeing him. I started with a 130/90 now I'm running a 150/110. I trusted him and was told cbd/cdn gummies were horrible for your body so i quit. His meds side effects are worse than anything I've ever read but I still took them. It landed me in the ER. They said it was to large of a dose. After being told I don't believe that. I'm done! I guess my BP machine is lying, the staff at his ER is lying and the cardiologist is lying. Dr Krautter and Dr Pace are both great doctors. I would like to see the lab draws offered as walk-in as Crestwood advertises. Also, the website says open until 5:00, but when you call they say closed at 4:00.
