Words cannot begin to express the depth of my disgust at this provider. I arrived at 8:26 for my 9:00 appointment since I wasn’t sure about traffic plus I figured I would have to fill out more paperwork, which I did. It was the paperwork with questions I declined to answer through their online system that concerned Social History like how many guns I own, if I have smoke or CO2 detectors, if I use my seatbelt, etc. Nothing to do with health or medicine. That have incorrectly billed on every visit. Walls so thin you can hear every word of conversation with patient next door. Everything from the doctor to the staff is inadequate and fuels rage against healthcare providers. Do not go there.
Extremely disappointed with this office’s lack of follow-through. I was in contact with them all day regarding a refill request, and despite multiple follow-ups—both from me and the pharmacy—the request was never sent. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to essential medications. If you need reliable communication and timely care, I would look elsewhere.
