I wish I could give them no star at all! What a joke!!! I called everyday Monday through Thursday...4 times...about my blood pressure being high and no one returned my call till Friday!!!!! When they called me they said my care giver was oout on vacation and to go to the urgent care to be seen about my blood pressure. At the time it was not an emergency so I asked that they call me onMonday to let me know what the nurse practioner wanted me to do. Actual provider I saw was fine, but the staff and organization couldn’t be any worse. The issues started when I waited for months for a new patient appointment with a doctor only to be called a couple weeks before the appointment and rescheduled with a nurse practitioner because “the doctor is no longer accepting new patient appointments”. I accepted that only to then be rescheduled and have my time wasted for every appointment I attempted. The front desk staff are very rude and near impossible to work with. I was charged a copay for an annual exam. My insurance does not have a copay. Then when trying to get it refunded they said I would just have to have a credit on my account since they couldn't refund me. Later they said there was a fee to switch providers. However, we did not ask to be switched and were not informed there would be a fee with the provider they booked. Don't know how the medical care is but front desk lady is very rude and should find a job not dealing with people. Nobody going to a Healthcare professional wants to have someone be snappy and rude first thing in the morning especially when the establishment made the error. You receive better customer service/care at a fast food restaurant
Don't go to this practice! It will take months to get an initial appointment and the front desk staff is extremely rude. Stay clear of this place.
