The front desk staff are very rude and near impossible to work with. I was charged a copay for an annual exam. My insurance does not have a copay. Then when trying to get it refunded they said I would just have to have a credit on my account since they couldn't refund me. Later they said there was a fee to switch providers. However, we did not ask to be switched and were not informed there would be a fee with the provider they booked. Don't know how the medical care is but front desk lady is very rude and should find a job not dealing with people. Nobody going to a Healthcare professional wants to have someone be snappy and rude first thing in the morning especially when the establishment made the error. You receive better customer service/care at a fast food restaurant
Don't go to this practice! It will take months to get an initial appointment and the front desk staff is extremely rude. Stay clear of this place.
If you’re getting lab work done go somewhere else. The lady doing the lab work was incredibly rude and unprofessional just because she’s having a bad day. I’m giving two stars because the office manager did come out and speak with us about the incident.
New to the area and Tried to be a new patient. A mistake was made on the time of the appointment. I was informed they have a strict policy and we could not be seen. However, the lady at the counter was a complete _it__. Instead of offering to assist us in finding a way to work with the error, she basically told us to get lost.
