Early Tuesday morning after my 11pm shift ended I went to the ER with symptoms of a UTI. While I was triaged immediately the care I received, or a lack thereof was horrific. It started with the nurse that worked the night shift late Monday night early am. She came in and had a very off-putting mood as if she didn't want to be at work. We made a Visit to the er on Weds evening. My husband had kidney stone blasted that morning. His pain was unmanageable. After watching everyone go before us I spoke to Malorie who is the most disrespectful person that I have ever met. She was very unprofessional, so much so that my husband had to tell her to lower her tone when talking to me. We made complaints to house nurse Tracy. Staff was cordial and seemed like they wanted to help. I have been in ER waiting tm for over 4 hours. My esophagus is swollen and I cant eat but the stomach and chest pain is severe. This is probably not fatal and understand need for priorities in seeing patients but aside from getting vitals taken I have sat in ER waiting room for over 4 hours. This is excessive and no apparent end in sight. Unsatisfactory considering level of pain I am experiencing
72 year old and 80 year old COVID positive patients waited 11 hours (7 hours in the waiting room with other patients) to be seen by Nurse Practitioner at the ER. Sent home. Suggested to contact Medical records in 2-3 days for the results of blood test and X-Ray.

I guess I 'm the patient that get pushed aside, I arrived due to a fall head injury, head, neck and back pain, ct scan at 7:45, it's now 11:24 ,I waiting for someone to give me the results and release me, not only that, they sent the billing lady in to get my info to bill me, now I wait another hour and the most polite person of them all Dr. Will appears and make it better, bit for the nurse she needs to learn some manners and staffing could be a little better, wait time in the room should not be 4.5 hours before your see t... read more
