RecommendedI just moved to Little Rock and this is the first apartment complex I checked out . Brittany was sweet , honest and quick to help me get an apartment that was perfect for my needs. I appreciate the shorter term lease and them not charging extra while I sort my new life out . The apartments are older but the price is right !!
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY I lived at crestwood manor for over 4 years, never missed a rent payment once, I just received a call from a collection agency saying I owed money for backed rent and damages, the damages they are trying to charge me for is the carpet, that they were already planning on tearing up to replace it with new laminated floors. Very nice area and nice management. People are friendly around the neighborhood. And I am really enjoying the quietness�
I'm living here for almost two years and love it! Great secure, safe and quiet place to call home. Great management staff and maintenance personnels work hard to make it a pleasant place to live. NO COMPLAINTS! Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone in the Little Rock area.
I'm a current resident... the location is near everything in the city which is what I love the most about being here... just bring able to be in the heights is an amazing experience the residents are friendly and Brittany in the office tries to go above and beyond for her residents if it's in her allowance range...
Dinna Shaddix is a horrible person that will do everything she can to scam you into a disgustingly ugly and old apartment. When we moved in to our apartment we discovered an old, run down, smelly and moldly apartment with a broken A/C unit in June. It was 105 degrees inside the apartment. I requested to terminate my lease after our horrible encounter and it clearly not meeting any respectable standards.
