My mother just moved in to Crestwood Manor. Kathleen was her initial contact, and she did all the preparatory legwork. I felt NO PRESSURE and felt that we could change our minds at any time. Susan was a great support when my mother chose carpet, paint, flooring etc. etc. and she assigned us to the miracle worker Mary Lloyd of Caring Transitions for packing and unpacking. My mom just moved in a few weeks ago....she absolutely loves it. I laugh because I need to schedule an appointment to visit her due to her being so busy. The staff is phenomenal Kathleen and Susan kept us updated on everything and there was no hidden fees, or surprises when we signed. We love Crestwood 👍👍
