Despite having a full waiting room at the lab, I got in and out quickly. Valerie was awesome, I didn't even feel the needle... At all! Great experience overall.
I went for a mammogram today and Teresa was awesome!!! She does her job with a smile and she is very gentle and professional. She has a sweet personality which is a plus!!!
Valorie and Justin were great. I usually faint w blood draws but I was im and out in no time flat w no fainting or issues!
Clean surgery room, excellent staff pre, during and after the surgery. Very different from the rest of Alabama. And surely better than Huntsville Hospital and its ghosts for when used to be a brothel.
At check in, I told Jason I needed an EKG and Lab Work ordered by my PCP as part of my annual check-up (not surgery). I didn't know it until later, but he only took payment for the EKG. He sent me to Radiology where I waited an hour and a half but was never called back. Turns out, I should've been sent to the Cath Lab! A 10 minute EKG took almost two and a half hours.
