Moved here in July with my partner and it has been such a lovely experience. I’ve been bouncing around different apartments for the last 3-4 years and have been so exhausted and ready to settle somewhere… I’m happy to say that I can picture myself being here a while. My ONLY qualm though is that extermination seems to be hard to arrange. They come twice a month, I asked three months ago with follow ups with still no turn up. I moved in a few months ago and love my apartment! I had an easy move in experience the cleanest apartment I have ever moved into and anything I have asked of the office/maintenance has been taken care of right away. The grounds and buildings common space have been kept clean, I think this will be home for a while!

From my first encounter with staff they’ve been nothing but professional and courteous. The move in process went smoothly and they did a great job of renovating my apartment in a timely fashion. I moved in a couple of weeks ago and the neighborhood seems quiet and friendly. I’m so glad to have made this place my new home!
