Anything related to Crestwood is utter garbage. I was charged $700 for a blood draw that was processed to the wrong insurance company under someone else’s policy name. I had to call 3 times and write a follow up letter to get it resolved. Awful experience.
Absolutely the worst payment process anyone could ever endure.
This is a last resort lab. I say this as someone with 15 years of IV and phlebotomy experience.
This place opens at 7am I was 4th in line at 6:53 am the receptionist was awesome started checking us in early but at 7:21 she announced the bhlebotomist tech hadn't showed up didn't know when she was going to get there at 7:50 finally got called in ( people standing it was so full) by this time they had two women drawing blood I've had blood drawn many many times this was the worst stick I ever got and not in a normal spot on my arm I do have very good veins very painful now I have some kind of muscle or tissue damage don't... read more
In my opinion this is the most depressing and lethargic medical office I have ever been in. We left after waiting a few minutes utes to be called to fill out initial paperwork. We went to another lab that we felt was much more efficient. I don't plan on ever going back.
