This lab on the first floor is apparently fairly new here. They have one in Birmingham and other cities in the state. The lady was absolutely phenomenal and was a joy to talk to and did a great job drawing five tubes of blood God love her. ♥️
They’re not a business I would use. Their phone number gives you a recording for locations. I go to a the one on County Line Road and am met with a sign saying it is permanently closed. I go to the next one on Hughes Road and there are 10 people ahead of me. I ask how long is the wait and the receptionist tells me they don’t give out wait times. This lab is extremely unreliable. They struggle to give the results to your ordering provider.
Anything related to Crestwood is utter garbage. I was charged $700 for a blood draw that was processed to the wrong insurance company under someone else’s policy name. I had to call 3 times and write a follow up letter to get it resolved. Awful experience.
Absolutely the worst payment process anyone could ever endure.
