"Coding errors" that evolve into fraudulent billing. Stay away from Crestwood Medical Centers. There's no ability to talk to billing to correct their errors. Your insurance company won't be able to fix it, nor will you be able to talk to anyone in billing, and the office staff where you see your dr will not connect you with anyone to solve the problem, either. Horrible, stay away!
Very short wait time. Friendly staff and Dr Z was great! There are alot of negative reviews from people doing bloodwork and labs and the place they are talking about is inside thos building but a separate entity from this establishment. Don't be fooled by people leaving bad reviews because they have no idea who they are reviewing. Just reviewing under thos business because its in same building. I recommend this place .
Get ready to wait for hours to be seen! It's interesting to read the reviews. There are numerous complaints about the wait time but they don't take any action to correct the situation.
Wait times for a simple blood draw are unbelievable. You'll be there for 1+ hours just to have blood taken. Also, it will be so busy there is no where to sit.
Poor customer service and scheduling. They refuse to schedule routine services like simple blood work, and the wait times are 1.5 hours on average. Recommend using LabCorp instead where you can schedule an appointment.
