Never in my life been to a lab place that takes as long as this place does. Last time took over 2 hours they said something was going on is why it took so long....cool 1 hour in and sick asf still waiting guess something is going on again. Do not come here thinking you will be in and out they are not in any hurry
Front desk receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. Will not be seeing my face again. Typically not one to leave bad reviews like this but I feel like people need to know. Made me want to cry. No one deserves to be treated like that :(
Front office receptionist was extremely rude. On 3/20/2025 I walked into the front office greeting the receptionist and stating I needed lab work done and this was my first time here. She looked at me as if I was stupid saying okaaayyyyy like as if it wasn’t her job to assist me. I thought I misheard her and let it go. Then I went to sit down and she started to be rude to another patient who came in for labs as well. How she still has a job here is wild to me. I would rather slide down a razor blade into a pool of alcohol than go back and deal with the rude older lady at the front desk!
I dread coming here for fasting lab work done. Every time it takes a minimum of 2 hours, sometimes more. Sitting here with no coffee and stressed about potentially sick people here. Who has time for this? A simple blood draw should be quick! Hire more people that move faster! Most recently, I got here 20 minutes after they opened and the waiting was over an hour to get called back. Then finally she took 3 of us back and I was the last of the three to get my blood taken even though I was here a while before the other two! We ... read more
