Came to this location at 6:25p and they said they stop taking patients at 6:15. I drove halfway across town to come to this location because it closes later. Change your business hours if you are not going to help people after a certain hour. Such a waste of time!
I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes for an ultrasound. Crystal did my ultrasound and was very thorough and answered all my questions.
My son was seen here due to a not at fault car accident. He wasn't aware that he needed to bring anything regarding the insurance claim, and Mary was so helpful and patient with us while we tried to find the information. Thank you Mary!
My doctor requested I come here to provide a stool sample. Not only didn’t they provide me instructions until I requested instructions after just being handed a small container- the woman acted disgusted. I get it. Poop is not fun to deal with, however this is a request made by a doctor, that I am expected to do. I brought my sample back the following day. Hours showed they were open at 7am. The doors may be open but they do not actually start doing any blood work until 7:45 based on my experience. They had an infomercial on their TV that was on a 3 minute loop so by the time I was called back to provide my arm for the blood draw, I was fit to be tied. Tech drew my blood - 5 vials worth. Huge bruise the next day but nothing new there. Called my doctor as my follow up appointment to review the results because I was not seeing the results on the "portal".
