Staff is polite, professional, and thorough. I've always been seen fairly quickly (by my standards), but then I've never expected a walk-in diagnostic center to function like a McDonalds.
Husband had a scheduled ultrasound. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. Great experience.
EVERYONE was great, from front desk to paying copay and the test itself (barium swallow) great folks, very professional, no complaints or problems at all. Was there 10-3-25
What's the point of making an appointment.. my appointment was a half an hour ago.. I still haven't been called for registration. Who has the time to sit all day and wait... this is beyond frustrating... no concern about others time or other appointments.
The lady at the front desk was so patient and kind!
