Since I'm very sensitive to pain, I kept putting off an extraction of my Upper Molar for 6 months. I took up to 8 Ibuprofens a day for pain, yet It became so unbearable, I had to do something..fast. Thru my insurance , I found Dr. Sargent at Crestwood Family Dental. From the beginning, the staff was friendly and professional. Very bad customer service. I’m very unsatisfied with the Service. Just give me a call to take care information. I give them a call back the one she answered to me. She was very rude and she didn’t even want to listen what I’m asking for. She have to pation to help custmer

I called office today Donna answered phone told her I was on my way she was so nasty she said to me if u aren't here by 12 noon don't even bother coming nasty t9 me all the time

Had the worst experience of my 63 years there I had the dental hygienist clean my teeth, which she didn’t exceptional job later on. I had to go back to the dentist and I told him I’ve been feeling black and blue in my upper left side. there was a 3 inch scrape along my gum line from the dental hygienist cleaning my teeth anyway that same day I had work done on my tooth and I thought I felt him cutting my tongue a piece of my tongue, but I wasn’t sure cause I was under a lot of anesthesia.
