I lived here for several years and the tenants, landlords, and maintenance staff are all phenomenal! Apartment space and upkeep is top tier for the location in Maine. I would recommend any of these apartment complexes as the landlords are fantastic!!
Crestwood Executive Estates is one of the best places you could find in the LA area to live. Melissa & Jamey are excellent property managers. The grounds are always well maintained in all seasons. The apartments are equipped with nice appliances and ceiling fans. If there is a problem, it’s addressed promptly. There is a wonderful on site maintenance man, Jim, who takes pride in the work he does there. I lived there for three years and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.
Melissa and Jamie were one of the best landlords I’ve ever experienced. Crestwood Estates was in the most perfect area, you are close to the city, however it’s so peaceful and quiet in the community. The grounds are kept extremely well and clean. I never had any issues with things needing fixing within my apartment, however they were always on top of checking smoke detectors, ECT. The apartment was spacious and perfect.
Finding Melissa and Jamie when we were looking for an apartment 5 years ago was just the luck we needed! This apartment at Crestwood Executive Estates was cozy, quiet, and everything we could ask for. We will forever be grateful for the 5 years we spent here! Between the quiet location, washer and dryer hookup, and balcony this was a wonderful place to call home :)
