The 2 people in the front building was incredibly nice, Paul and Ruth. They helped me and my mother out so much! Especially, Ruth. She was so easygoing, and she understood how to explain how renting a stationary mobile home to me and my mother, since it was our first time in Michigan! We're very glad to live here!
I love how Crestwood Estates helped us out in the time of our move they were so helpful you just have to move here to see how lovely everything is here love yall keep everyone safe and thank you for making me feel at home

Stop do not move into Crestwood. Lack of management and help from the manager. Residents do not follow the lease that is signed. Their is a big pet problem residents do not clean up after walking their dogs. Also feeding of cats outs so you are stepping in cat mess on your lawn also residents don’t keep up their homes. Example skirting is off so the cats are living under homes. Dead shrubs junk and weeds everywhere. Rent is always increased about 50.00 a year stop and look real good before you move in.
