Crestwood Communities are poorly designed. They maximize their profits by putting the maximum number of houses they can in a community at the expense of the residents. Then make a side profit by towing cars. The sales reps show buyers a “fake map” showing adequate parking and facilities that are non-existent once the community is complete.
