Massively disappointed that we have to pay for a 2nd spot for a 3 bedroom apartment… Staff is great & really appreciate their professionalism, but the greed to charge $100 for the 2nd parking spot for a 3 bedroom is awful. It’s flat out wrong.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the current parking situation at Crestwood Homes in Lake Forest. When I rented a three-bedroom unit, I reasonably expected to be granted at least two parking spaces. Unfortunately, I was only provided with one. I was also informed that if I would like to use an additional parking spot, I would be required to pay an extra $100 per month.
