Massively disappointed that we have to pay for a 2nd spot for a 3 bedroom apartment… Staff is great & really appreciate their professionalism, but the greed to charge $100 for the 2nd parking spot for a 3 bedroom is awful. It’s flat out wrong. ——- Now they raising our rent $70 a month just cause. Gotta love California…
Rent is fair, maintenance is quick(shoutout Jorge🙏), and the office staff is nice. Only huge negative is the parking. It’s so bad. I miss the guest parking that was turned into a monthly paid subscription. Makes it hard for guests to come over and I tend to walk pretty far if I get home late. Net positive experience though.
Jasmine’s absolutely amazing in George. The handyman has always been so efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
