My husband and I have lived here for 4+ years now. Sam and Carla are some of the best landlords. They work will with you, and they get everything done in a timely fashion. Our Ac broke the other day and maintenance was out here same day to fix it, now it works even better than it did before. We love living here, and the apartments are very reasonably priced for the area. We couldn’t of asked for better 🤍
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!! They lied on 2 different occasions but most importantly, one of the workers "CARLA" lied to me and stated i would not get my security deposit back despite never signing the lease I have a call recording from the other worker stating that they give back Security Deposits no matter what unless the lease has been signed... Beware... if they will lie about something this simple and avoid giving me my $300 deposit back then they will clearly lie about ANYTHING!!! I will be taking them to co... read more
Just recently moved out last month from living there since 2015, seen some changes along the way but Samantha and Carla have been the best team ever over all the ones before.
Great place to live at, really feel at home here. Don't plan on going anywhere for awhile. Pedro is quick and amazing. Johnnie is very timely and professional. Sam and Carla in the office are great and quick to get things completed and very respectful. Love how they keep the community very put together and looking amazing all the time.
