Samantha, Carla and the maintenance team have really done amazing things with Silver Creek Estates. I love it here!
The apartments are so clean prior to move in and the staff (Samantha and Carla) are very helpful and welcoming! They take a lot of pride in the property.
In my 2 years with Crestwood I can say I’ve seen an abundance of improvements made to this property. The manager, Samantha is working hard to create a beautiful home for all of the tenants. The leasing agent, Carla is very knowledgeable and kind, you can tell they both genuinely care about the overall experience each tenant has here. I would recommend the property to anyone. This place used to be nice. If yoy have kids, they don't want you here, they want your place to look like it is vacant. The manager, Stephanie, if fake and a liar, she gave us 60 days notice that they will not let us renew, now my daughter, my wife and I have no where to go. We have been here for 4 years. The new management as a whole is dog water. They run this place like an HOA and its not. the old lady Karla or whatever her name is, she has no customer service at all.
