I love living here. It’s nice and quiet. Clean. Neighbors are nice. Parking is good. Management addresses any problems I have in a timely manner. It’s affordable. Very close to everything. The only thing that has been had is when it iced and I couldn’t make it up the steep hill to go to work. But thankfully we don’t have that kind of weather all the time! Also these are older apartments but the ac and heat work great! And they are remodeled.
This is a great little community. It sits off the beaten path and is so quiet. You can tell that the office staff and maintenance takes pride in where they work.
This place has been really great on helping us out when we needed it. The maintenance has been fast on their feet to fix what we needed done. The office has been super kind always smiling and listening.
UPDATE: I'm still here 2 years later - with the same opinion! This really is a great little complex! Well maintained complex with wonderful neighbors. It’s within walking distance of anything that you need from the post office, shopping, pharmacy, church. It’s a great place to live.
After moving in here there were some issues due to the age of the building but the front office has been supportive and helpful throughout the process and when I wanted to switch over to the duplex’s, silver creek estates, they helped and made the process so easy and smooth!
