I have lived in the Crestwood Apartments for 7 years now. It is the best ran apartment complex I have lived in. Very family oriented with a great atmosphere. On site management is excellent. Karen has always been fair and professional with all residents. I will be moving out of state shortly but I do not believe I will find another apartment that I can call a Home like this. I would HIGHLY recommend speaking with Karen if your looking for a place in the Beebe area.
Great place to live- best in the area. Karen is great and I have never, EVER seen a better manager. The property is kept in great condition and safe/clean. Karen has always been extremely friendly and I ve never had an unpleasant experience in my six years here. I can see if you break rules constantly, such as working on your vehicle in the carports (which I personally saw and personally cleaned up your dirty oil and rags that you left), party, or leave your apartment looking like a pair of filthy pigs, why you wouldn t rent... read more
Karen is a piece of work. See appears very kind and graciousness before you sign a rental agreement, but after she will be on you over anything that she doesn t prefer. I have lived in these apartments for 6 months and I plan never to rent from any Crestwood managed property ever again. Karen posted a notice on our door several times. Her most recent notice was a final notice because i was working I was servicing my vehicle. She informed us that this was not permitted. Karen is very rude and demeaning if you are a woman. If you are male then you will have no problems being treated with respect and friendliness. She has no clue how to be professional and it amazes me how she retains her job. She plays favoratisms and rules change for the ones that she likes (male). Myabe if she reads this she will have more tact and professionalism....but I doubt it.
