My experience is positive. This is my first year in this apartment and the staff help me with all situations in my apartment. The complex is clean and my apartment is in perfect condition. I recomended this community for families with kids and elder person. A+
I would not recommend living at this complex. The manager, Julisa, is extremely unprofessional and shows clear favoritism toward certain residents and staff. She’s very close with the maintenance staff, especially Wilfredo, and that leads to a lot of unprofessional behavior being overlooked. There were several times she entered my apartment without notice, which is completely unacceptable. I have lived in Crestwood for many years, and we truly love it here. Julie has also been part of this community for years, and her kind, positive words have made a lasting impact. Honestly, if it weren’t for her encouragement and support, I’m not sure we would’ve stayed as long as we have. Julie is a valuable part of Crestwood, and I sincerely thank her for all her hard work and dedication.
