This company has leasing managers that are so far from professional it’s so upsetting. Me and my partner were supposed to view an apartment today but 2 hours prior to our tour I get an email cancelling saying it was rented out. I planned on applying after seeing with hopes of getting the property but they couldn’t get me on a tour until a week from when I inquired. It saddens my heart that companies think it’s just “okay” to do this people…
I have never seen or lived in a such a terrible complex.. they DO NOT care about the tenants.. well some they do some they dont.... they are very rude and disrespectful... They threw away my property that was in the garage that I was told was mines.. one of their previous maintenance men stole 2 of my small Coach bags out of my bdrm when he was installing a temp AC took him all day.. I have been a resident for 15 years. Been thru many managers and some are good and some are not. Yet rent goes up alot every year. Location is the only good factor - hate to say it.
I’m currently a resident of CRESTWOOD townhomes for nearly 5 years they give notices for rent being late and about eviction , but when I need maintenance it’s lack of reliability they do 1 thing and takes weeks to months in order to get one thing done I recently had hot water running a lot in my tub faucet for nearly 1 and a half years and just barely fixed it I’m having a pipe that’s been leaking from kitchen ceiling for 2 weeks and I truly think this is unacceptable.
