I love the apartment and area but I’ve went on website for certain repairs and they never happened. My dishwasher and central air has never worked. Some windows don’t have screens. The screen doors on the back and front dont close properly. Other then that I like it here very much.
The issue not resolved. No air conditioning after 2 weeks. Me and my 1 yr old son in a hot and sweltering apartment. No response from Crestwood If I could give zero stars I would.
Great neighborhood, apt are in good shape and new maintenance team making improvements....
Not very attentive. The units from the outside were unattractive showing clear wood rot by the doors, some “back” doors had trash/junk piles showing its uninviting to live there unless you live like a slum , we went to tour and no one showed up!!! The person told us to just WALK IN the unit the said as it was UNLOCKED (that’s safe…..)! I’m not touring MYSELF! You are a leasing person for a reason. We ended up just leaving, such a bad red flag and experience.
