It is at a good location, but you do not get what you paid for. It feels quiet the first time you walk in, but it is actually quite noisy at night, as Rosemead Blvd is a busy street. On top of that, the manager Joseph is really trying to STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT! BE AWARE! He threatened to charge me $300 deposit when i moved out (AFTER I cleaned the room inside out). And after I hired professional cleaners to clean the room, shampoo the carpet, they still charged $100 for non-exisiting 'Paint touch-up'. Parking spot is also tiny. ... read more
The place is nice no utility's, laundry room and a pool. Worst part the manager there Joseph is an a-hole and he discriminates Fat people especially when they live upstairs! And he makes so many jokes about your weight in front of you and makes it seem as it was funny! When its not! Don't even think about moving!
