we moved from another state and was trying to find a good vet, until we found this animal hospital. Dr. Nordstrem is very professional and experienced, all my 5 dogs are taken good care of by Dr. Nordstrem. including one of which had a surgery and recovered well. Dr. Nordstrem is very friendly to clients and especially to animals, you can tell he was from the bottom of his heart that he cares about the animal. and he does very thorough check ups before providing recommendations and solutions. he never guesses, you feel very ... read more

I think it says a lot that we drive from Yelm to Crestwood Animal Hospital to take our Cleo to the Vet! I always feel that we get wonderful treatment, and kind patience for our rescue dog who just needs a little extra TLC because of past trauma she has endured. Two years ago she had a torn crucia and required surgery, and twice weekly visits for a few weeks after. Long way to drive, but worth the time for our fur baby. Love Dr and his kind staff.

Many thanks go to the staff. They helped with some very difficult and complicated paperwork needed to get my cat from the US to Riga, Latvia. He arrived safe and sound. They really stepped up when others failed.
Updating my review from 2016. Crestwood continues to provide excellent, compassionate care for my animals AND me, as they have for over 20 years. I tend to be pretty emotional during rough times and everyone's so calming and understanding. Dr. Norstrem is always up-to-date on new treatments and medications, yet he has the experience of a seasoned veterinarian. All this without the crazy sticker shock of some vet clinics.
