I think it says a lot that we drive from Yelm to Crestwood Animal Hospital to take our Cleo to the Vet! I always feel that we get wonderful treatment, and kind patience for our rescue dog who just needs a little extra TLC because of past trauma she has endured. Two years ago she had a torn crucia and required surgery, and twice weekly visits for a few weeks after. Long way to drive, but worth the time for our fur baby. Love Dr and his kind staff.

Many thanks go to the staff. They helped with some very difficult and complicated paperwork needed to get my cat from the US to Riga, Latvia. He arrived safe and sound. They really stepped up when others failed.
RecommendedUpdating my review from 2016. Crestwood continues to provide excellent, compassionate care for my animals AND me, as they have for over 20 years. I tend to be pretty emotional during rough times and everyone's so calming and understanding. Dr. Norstrem is always up-to-date on new treatments and medications, yet he has the experience of a seasoned veterinarian. All this without the crazy sticker shock of some vet clinics.
