I had a water leak for 11months and they just came and fix the wall and two day later it leaked again and they came and paint over it. And now there is MOLD and this is building J a lady moved out and she has MOLD and they just painted over it the whole building is just gone and the Manger she she a witch skinny loud mouth. If I could rate ZERO I would! They wont give me back my deposit thats owed to me and they are very unprofessional and non compliant.

If I could rate ZERO I would! They wont give me back my deposit thats owed to me and they are very unprofessional and non compliant. These applicants were denied on 7/21/2023. Check #**** was sent out on 8/07/2023 with both applicants names ******************************* *************************************** and is marked as paid.

Negative 5 I once was ok living here I have renewed a 13 month lease so total been here over 2 years. Had some issues which got under my skin and many others told me to report this company and I had hopes it was just circumstantial and not worth reporting. In November 2018, I moved out of the apartment #N2 but my roommates stayed. My roommates and I, agreed to move out and they stay. After finishing all the required paperwork, the manager told me that I will not be able to get my 250$ deposit until the roommates leave. I contacted the office after they moved out and they refused to issue the refund and did not want to provide and explanation.
