DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE!!! They are somewhat friendly, but hellava incompetent. I have lived in a rental from them for 14 years, and believe it or not some work orders haven't been fulfilled since 2012. I included pictures of just one incident that took them 10 months to handle. Nov 2022 Jan 2023 when it rained every day for almost 3 months a pipe burst under the house, when advised they NEVER sent anyone for damn near a year. We had to put bingo paint on ground so some fell and hurt themselves walking in... read more
