I am a concerned family member of a resident who lives there. I am worried for her and her boyfriend's safety. She said that the place is drug infested. She feels as though she can't leave her windows or shades open or even go on her balcony without someone staring and making comments that make her feel uncomfortable. Hello , so I am just relating to what happened to me when I moved in on November 2024. It wasn’t even a week when I moved in that my vehicle was broken into. Damaged my whole ignition key security system. Right across from the leasing office. Another issue is there are people who are living here that have other people park here and it makes it hard for parking always! The new management is worse from old management I think this the worse management I ever see and the apartment is too old you can find a lot of insect, bug in the apartments.
Worst place to live, the new management is worse than the old management company, the new staff is rude and liars especially the new manager doesn’t know how to speak with a resident and need training, I have cockroaches 🪳 issues in my apartment I have called the old management they sent pest control but didn’t work, I have called the new management and and reported the issues first nobody was picking up the call when I was leaving the voice message.
