It's a gated apartment building the apartment complex seems to be a good place to live, but you have to keep in mind there are bad seeds everywhere no place is perfect.

It's a nice place and very affordable. I've been here for 11/2 yes and never had any problems.

NOT WORTH IT! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. The management team is extremely rude when you ask them to come fix things. The walls are paper thin, you can hear you can hear everyone. Only stayed here because i had to, if i would have known this I wouldn’t have stayed here. It’s not really worth the cheap rates, they go up $50 every year. I hear that from my neighbors and before it was time for me to move out they raised my rent.

The owner never calls back about anything unless it has to do with rent! The place is the worst apartment I’ve ever been in!! There are German roaches (that management does nothing about) the parking lot is always full of cars that don’t live here! You can hear everything all around you! There is a huge drug problem and cop are here at least 2 times a week! People just throw trash wherever they want and not one cleans the place!
