I visited greeneville terrace. They reported that they would have vacancy soon. She said rent for 1 bedroom was $900 in order to qualify you need to make 3x times the rent monthly. " I thought that was low income housing. I've worked every since I was 5 years old and I only draw 2x times the rent. Man wages have really increased or those are no longer low income. Crestview Terrace is now called The Peaks. New ownership and they are making progress in fixing this place up! I'm so glad that I didn't have to move. The new manager, Angee Taylor is on top of things and very friendly. Can't wait to see all of the changes after completing their renovation. New parking lots and driveway starting next week!!!!
Use to be home but toward last couple of years had a crooked manager that lied and manipulated to get what she wanted and didn't care who she destroyed to get it.
