ZERO STARS!!! Since March 2020: Worst response and customer service ever. 8 months of waiting...placed 38 phone calls trying to get updates concerning our repairs and claims. Excuses ranged from covid to "haven't been able to find somebody to take the pictures". Someone finally came out and within a week we were told that the claim was submitted and that's all they could do. We waited 8 months for this?
