I went there expecting a lot of help with my feet as they were in rough shape for many years of being on them and not doing anything about it very cracked and thick calluses and I also have that fungus yuck. Anyway, I got zero help nothing really was done. I have no idea what to do or where to go. These people are terrible and only interested about selling you something to increase their profit margins.
I paid over a 100$ for rudeness and no real help, just slap on some creams.. wouldn't even let me ask questions... I went hoping to find out how to look after my foot problem because I know it is long term. What a horrible well-being experience! I walked away feeling insulted! So awful to be treated that way and then pay for it too! I did get names of creams on my way out; which was good to know but oh my! I walked away feeling bad that I actually paid to be insulted and told, "No don't come back." Other than those two cream... read more
Wasn't a fan of the service. Most of the appointment was discussing shoes /orthotics with a very minimal examination. I didn't know what to expect, and while Dr O'Hara was friendly, I left feeling like orthotics were the only tool she was interested in working towards.
