Beware. Had my car for 2months if they tell you something get it in writing. Because they back peddle. Twice after 6 weeks it was going to be ready in3 days. I finally got it 2 weeks after that and I believe because I drove them crazy the last 2 weeks. They won't call you. After having it 6 weeks he said it was insurance fault because they didnt give them an OK for a week . I believe I was being put on hold after 6 weeks because I raised my voice. I just read some of the "good" reviews that other people supposedly submitted about crestview paint and body, and I actually think they are bogus reviews sent in by the people who work at that shop. Do not let this place have your car, they are the worst I have ever delt with. They are extremely RUDE and inconsiderate of other peoples time , they lie, and hang up the phone on people. They use reverse intimidation tactics on people by putting blame on the customer to avoid answering legitimate questions reguarding the vehicle... read more
Two of my friends have totally been taken advantage of by Crestview Paint and Body....stay away!
Took my car there after I was involved in an accident. I noticed my AC wasn't working anymore so I called them to bring it to their attention. They said they couldn't do anything about it. I just took my car to a friend of mine who has been a mechanic for many years and he told me the condensor had a very bad leak. We bought the new condensor and as he was taking everything apart, he noticed that Crestview paint and body screwed a screw directly into my condensor.
Liars! ! And thieves!! Lied the entire time about my car and stole personal items out of it.
