I just wanted to say that I had an accident early Saturday morning as I was headed to work and when Crestview Paint and Body says they are available 24/7, they sure are! I called them and they came within an hour and got my truck and are already working on it. They also waved my deductable so I won't have to pay anything! Great customer service and fantastic quality of work done on the repair of my Ford F-250! I heard about them on the radio and decided to give them a try and I highly recommend them. They even drove all the way down to PC and picked up my truck so I did not have to take off work to do it. They got it fixed and when I went to pick it up, I had one concern and they took it back to the shop and fixed that, too. That's great service you can't find anywhere these days. I am a single dad who doesn't have a lot of extra money, so when I heard about Crestview Paint & Body and their no deductiable plan I got excited. I got my 2012 truck fixed without having to pay anything. They did a good job and it looks great. I have already told several friends about them and they have used them too and got their trucks and suv's fixed for free. I give them a 10+++++ rating!

Just got my car back and it looks great! I got it completely fixed and repainted and did not have to pay anything! They were awesome and I recommend them to anyone!

First, let me say that anyone who has not used Crestview Paint and Body for any reason, you really are missing the boat! My husband is deployed and I have ZERO local help and have two children. The people at CPB came and picked up my car and had Enterprise come to my house with the rental car. That's awesome customer service. The repair took a little longer than I hoped but it was not CPB's fault. My insurance company tried some very unethical practices of putting plastic parts back on my mini-van. I have used Crestview Paint and Body three times since 2005 and I must say I have been very impressed every time. My neighbor, Mr. Scofield, turned me on to them and they have done a good job repairing my car. I am thankful for them, and thankful for how they have taken good care of me. I also sent my son and my granddaughter to them and they did a good job on their cars too. There is no where else you should take your car in my opinion.

I had a recent experience with Crestview Paint & Body that I wanted to share. I have a 2013 Buick that had front end damage after I rear-ended someone on Highway 98 in Destin. CP&B picked up my car, took it back to Crestview and got it fixed in about three weeks. I hoped to get it earlier, but because my insurance company wanted to put plastic parts back on my SUV the people at CP&B made sure the real parts got put back on. Both Thumbs Down!! Don't fall for their "no deductible" commercials. Also, any positive reviews you see here MUST BE FAKE! We ran over a piece of debris on the interstate and heard it go right through the middle of the undercarriage of our Honda. We pulled over and looked as well as we could and saw no damage. Drove another 200 miles home with no problem. Next morning we smelled gas and saw drips on the garage floor. Trust the bad reviews sorry to say. My repair should have taken 2-3 days. I would have been happy if it took a week. .... Took five (5) weeks. I didn't pay my deductible. That was great. Had to rent a car though. Deductible was $500. Car rental was $680. So the deductible gimmick did not help at all. I was also treated the same as the rest of the reviewers by the customer service dept. I called once a week during the five weeks my car was gone.
